I'm giving 4 stars based on my overall experience. I don't mind waiting a little for my goods because it's usually things I don't need immediately BUT I was a little disappointed with my last order which took over a month to be delivered with no communication from Snatcher until I contacted them. Other than that, I am happy with the prices, quality and service.
