If you time to waste, buy from Snatcher

Absolute confused bunch of people. I have bought a lot from them since they started business, but its seems that customer service is non existent. I gave them several chances to rectify mistakes, missing items, broken/used goods sent to me, but over two years of incompetence is too much. I am still waiting for a refund on a broken item that I return in October 2021. I recently returned three watches due to them not holding a charge for more than 30 minutes. I requested for a refund, only to be sent the same watches. All consumer rights are ignored, there are NO free returns and customer service is not prioritised. I am so fed up with sending numerous emails to remind them of my queries. I then have to start all over from the beginning because the staff member I originally dealt with is not working there anymore. The people that own Snatcher seem to be more interested in short term profit than building a reputable business.
