Worst on-line shopping experience EVER - they advertise 10 day delivery on their website - I placed my order on 20 September 2022, today is 28 October 2022 and I still have not received it. they only ordered it after 10 days of placing my order and when i queried why the status had not changed on my profile - I was then told "your order has been shipped from our international facility in china, the turnaround time for orders shipped are between 10 - 15 days and an additional few days once in S.A for the courier to process and deliver" well it is now 45 days and each week when I query it they just send me the same message with my tracking number - customer service is something they know nothing about - I will not recommend them to anyone.
