I'd try them out again

So I ordered an ab simulator which is delivered so much sooner than I thought it would be. There was a problem though because the product I got was defective and that is why I'm only giving them a 4 star rating. I was however given a voucher for the same value and their customer service was top notch. So given my experience with them I'd definitely give Snatcher another try
