I would like to give them no star infact

I would like to give them no star infact. These guys took my money and doesn't respond to my mails. I purchased a bin for R1300 and paid by card. They did not give me a reference number. They told me that they will process my fefun and it has been more than a week and a half with no positive feedback. They have no contact number on the internet.
