I would give minus stars if I could

It's been nearly 3 weeks and still only 1 part of 3 has been delivered, with very little feedback from Snatcher. I have to constantly chase them and all they do is send me a link of the tracking of the 1 piece I have already received. Nothing on the outstanding products is trackable that I can see. In other words they are doing nothing at all about this. I have spent R1500 and only received R120 worth of products from the order. Extremely disappointed to say the least.
