I would do it again

I happened to place my order while Snatcher was in the process of changing their website platform which resulted in me getting a canceled order status without any explanation immediately. It took two emails from me but eventually got notified of the error and I received my package in good working order. It did however take very long to arrive. Over 2 weeks and I did feel like the communication on your side could've been better but I am happy with my purchase none the less.
