I Will not be purchasing from Snatcher Online again - Worst after care service i have experienced.

I had returned, what in my opinion, was product not of quality... delivered to their office personally - more than a week later, i have had no responses to my emails querying the whereabouts of the return and their decision regarding the product. They provide you with a number for URGENT ENQUIRIES, and surprise surprise, noone answers the phone!
