I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SNATCHER AGAIN.

few months back I ordered a headboard, they lost my order and no one was taking responsibility, I was the one having to follow up wasting time and money. I even went to their offices, and they refused to refund me. Finally they arranged for another one to be sent to me. This whole thing took over a month.

The headboard itself is of such poor quality, the supplier is NuHome. I have already cut myself so badly on the edges while cleaning, because it is badly made.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SNATCHER AGAIN.
