I was very scaptical at first but I took a chance.my order was received from their side and after a few hours I got an email that the color I wanted was not available. They gave me all the available colors to choose from. 2 days later I received my order. The process was smooth because I was receiving sms telling me where my purchase was at. I am now using Snatcher for online shopping.
