I was not happy with the product I received because the color of the mat I received was white but on the website I selected the blue one

I was not happy with the product I received because the color of the mat I received was white but on the website I selected the blue one.Can someone tell me why. Please in future don't use colors you do not have as display, as this can be misleading....I am so unhappy.
