I WANT MY REFUND

Poor poor poor not even a one are good enough. Poor communication, poor service and the poorest is that there's not even a number we can call them. From the 5 items I bought I received 3. I really don't understand one person say they are gonna receive stock during the week and one say they are never gonna receive anymore. A day after my order was chipped I received another may say they are out of stock with another item for which I wait for the refund almost two week. With Wish thats abroad I receive updates with every movement and when they refund you it's not even an hour and you your refund without you even send a faulty item back and that's what Snatcher should learn. This was my first and last order with Snatcher I will never use them again.
