I want my money back !!!!

I bought x4 chairs for R1200 on the 14 of August 2024. Purchase was done online. Payment was made and I received a order number. A few days went pass and there was no communication regarding my order on how many more days it will take for me to receive the order or even who the courier company would be. I did a follow up email and I was told I should get a response in 48 hours, they are waiting for the stock. I also tried calling but the number doesn't go through. I emailed again and again with no luck after the 48 hours. I eventually asked for a refund on the 26th of August 2024 ,there hasn't been any response from Snatcher still, it's like they disappeared to thin air. All I want is my money back
