I waited for about 3 weeks before I heard of them or got my parcel

I waited for about 3 weeks before I heard of them or got my parcel. After that they helped me with the glasses - that was not good quality - to send them back. Now I am waiting to see if I am going to get my money back. I am happy with my other products
