I think this is a **** website

I placed an order on 18Nov 2022. Website says 5-10days. I'm still waiting for the order to be "collected by the courier". I suspect they are using a chat bot for customer service issues. No response yet from that about expected delivery. I'd never heard of Snatcher before. Now I am asking myself "Is this a **** website?" I'm quite happy to open a case of theft at the police station.
