I recently bought a wife camera from Snacher and apon receiving it I noticed the original box was not sealed

I recently bought a wife camera from Snacher and apon receiving it I noticed the original box was not sealed. I then tried connecting the camera but was finding trouble doing so. I then contacted Snacher and explained to them via email about my problem and requested to return the product but they responded with a policy that doesn't meet my requirements and I decided to not to return the product. Typically they said that if they found nothing wrong with the product I will be liable for 10percent handling fee and that I would be liable to fetch the product from there warehouse. I don't agree with there return policy and will jot purchase from them in the future.
