I received the incorrect colour of product than what I ordered and I have now bought 2 kids smart watches and both do not have a registration code to load the watch on the tracking app

I received the incorrect colour of product than what I ordered and I have now bought 2 kids smart watches and both do not have a registration code to load the watch on the tracking app. And they do not have a number to call for you to speak to someone about your complaint.
