I purchased a 2 coffee cup and warmer set

I purchased a 2 coffee cup and warmer set. 1 pink and other green , 2 cool white fairy solar lights... I was advised the pink was out of stock and I didn't want an alternative. Hence I was supposed to get a refund. It's more than 10 days... no refund. When my items arrived, the green one was a damaged and I was sent the white which I didn't want. I logged to returns and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. MY SOLAR LIGHTS ARE NOT THE COLOUR I ORDERED EITHER. VERY DISAPPOINTING
