I placed my order on the 20th of October

I placed my order on the 20th of October. On the 6th I sent an email to express my disappointment as there was no communication regarding the delay of my order. I got a reply the following day that my order is delayed due to 1 item that they were waiting for. After few more days I got an email that my order is prepared and ready to be shipped to my surprise few more days I was Told one item is out of stock and asked if I would like a voucher or refund I opted for refund. I eventually got my order but the item was very small and I ordered XXL but that was small size. I had to give it to someone else. I'm so disappointed.
