I placed an order with them and paid waiting almost 10days for the order

I placed an order with them and paid waiting almost 10days for the order. When I received it the item for solar was not inside the box not like take alot who send u mail telling item out of stock emails correspondence was a waste of time actually I went on face book to complain to be told my item has not arrived yet no... Communication saying we are sorry for the delay no follow ups I will definitely never order from them again
