I placed an order on the 23rd July, thus far I still have taken delivery of my purchase

I placed an order on the 23rd July, thus far I still have taken delivery of my purchase. I sent an email on the 3rd August, and I was told the order would be collected later that day, it's now the 8th,no delivery made, no communication!
