I placed an order on snatcher on 4th April

I placed an order on snatcher on 4th April. Snatcher sent me an email on 15th April only to inform me they were out of stock on the colour of the item i wanted. When i eventually got my parcel, it was not even the item i had purchased. I returned the item to snatcher via the courier on 19th and had not received any further communication.
