I ordered two phone covers for a Huawei mate X3

I ordered two phone covers for a Huawei mate X3. Both covers cracked are of very poor quality. I've spent in total over R900 on these covers and very disappointed. Furthermore, my second order took too long to arrive as there was an issue with the reference number used. The time and effort taken to resolve the issue was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will never order from snatcher again
