I ordered twice from Snatcher and dont think will ever again

I ordered twice from Snatcher and dont think will ever again. Their communication is very poor. They don't send any communication confirming one's orders. Had to contact them each time after few days to enquire whether they received my order. That's when they will respond with the tracking details. Also after completing an order the message that appears on the site says that the money paid does not match with the order placed which does not make sense to me as I paid through payflex. My second order was wrong. And am getting a run around and I decided not to bother with them anymore.
