I ordered on the 3rd...

I ordered on the 3rd of July and received my order around the 26th of July meaning it took almost the whole month, worst part two of the items I ordered were not correct,I emailed them on Friday they said they escalated the matter to their suppliers they will get back to me..I'm still waiting
