I ordered on the 12th June and was told my order would be delivered last week Friday after I queried this

I ordered on the 12th June and was told my order would be delivered last week Friday after I queried this. No delivery! I queried this again yesterday and was told they are waiting for stock! I asked for my order to be canceled and no feed back. Why lie to the customer and promise delivery only to be told another excuse the ff week
