I ordered items and I didn't not get my order until I emailed and I was told the kettle was holding up my order

I ordered items and I didn't not get my order until I emailed and I was told the kettle was holding up my order. It eventually came a month after I ordered and the kettle was missing. I sent another email but no one is responding
