I ordered in June 2024 and only received my order this week 20th August

I ordered in June 2024 and only received my order this week 20th August. Upon receiving it, 1 item was not there and there is no communication as to what really happened. Clothing rail is not wheeled while I ordered a wheeled one. Another item is 'hanging otganiser' which is meant to hold brooms, mops and garden tools but it does not even begin to hold any of the sticks it is meant to hold. The items have no instruction manual. I wrote to them the following day and I was told to wait fpr 48hours. 48hours passed, no one has said anything to me.
