I ordered and mini fridge from Snatcher

I ordered and mini fridge from Snatcher. It came scratched, dirty on the inside and didn't work. I requested a refund. Someone came to collect the item and I've heard nothing from them regarding a refund or anything about an exchange. Radio silence on their end. I've ordered off Snatcher before and after a month I queried where my order was, to which they responded it was out of stock. Had I not queried after a MONTH, they would not have said anything. Poor poor service.
