I ordered a TV but then got a call about 2 days later saying no stock and the person offered me another option

I ordered a TV but then got a call about 2 days later saying no stock and the person offered me another option. I was not happy with that and asked for a refund. Everything was done timeously and full refund. I am very happy with their service.
