I ordered a heat resistant jug with a hotplate, nowhere did it say jug only

I ordered a heat resistant jug with a hotplate, nowhere did it say jug only. On a discounted price, to just get the jug!! Then only I was told it is the jug only. There is no stock of the hot plates, but the pic showed the jug with the hotplate!! Very disappointed!!!
