I ordered a glass pot and it arrived with the handle broken

I ordered a glass pot and it arrived with the handle broken. I sent pics and to date no one has advised as on either a refund or replacement. This is my 2nd purchase this year that I have had an issue with, with no refund or resolution. I will certainly not buy from Snatcher again if this is the aftersales service their clients receive.
