I ordered a car bracket and remote
I ordered a car bracket and remote. Paid for everything and never was I informed that one of the items were not available and that I should order something else. I got an email to say my order in being dispatched and got rather excited. That same evening I got another email saying the car bracket is out of stock and unable to order. Surely they could have send me an email saying that before the dispatch so I could choose something else. Requested a refund on that item that was not send and I am still waiting for my refund from the 7th of December.

05 Jan 2024, 16:45We are now on the 6th of Jan 2024 and I will have no refund from Snatcher. On the 7th of Dec 2023 they said 7 working days for the refund. Earlier this week I get told by the end of this week......well I still have nothing. These people are disgusting and I am beyond furious
