I ordered 4 barstools, there was only one set of *****s provided for assembly

I ordered 4 barstools, there was only one set of *****s provided for assembly. I contacted snatcher and the response from Ruth was the *****s will be sent through as soon as possible. It had been 3 weeks since I've been waiting and there are no *****s delivered. I sent a follow up email. Snacher just went mum. PS they did even include a manual to assembly the barstools. Snatcher service is pathetic
