I ordered 3 things, when it was delivered, the one box was falling apart, lucky all the parts were there, the directions were torn in half. The lamp I bought for my grandson was in pieces in the box and the wires were not connected to the battery, my son in law told me it should be connected, when you purchase it. He told me it was broken, I expected the lamp to be connected and you take it out the box and plug it in, not the case. I am a bit weary of buying anything again from Snatcher.
