I ordered 3, mop spray and two sets of kitchen mats

I ordered 3, mop spray and two sets of kitchen mats. You did not update me of the status of my order, it took days up until i ended up trying to get hold of you but the number is not working. I went to the website and ask how far is my order, you only responded there after and promised me that i will soon get my order because you are still waiting for the items from your supplier, after 18 days i received only one item and on the website the status says fulfilled but i only received 1 item. Yesterday, after 25 days i received the mats and both of them are not the style i have ordered
