I order two items as a first time client on snatcher but I got the worst experience ever

I order two items as a first time client on snatcher but I got the worst experience ever. The two items I ordered took longer to be delivered and when I received my order it was one of the 2 ordered and it was a wrong size. I sent them a complaint to request a return and refund and their communication is close to none am very disappointed with snatcher service
