I made a purchase on the 15th of October 2023, until today the 10th November 2023 I haven’t received my order they keep on telling my the item is unavailable, I must choose alternative and I did but I still get the same email

I made a purchase on the 15th of October 2023, until today the 10th November 2023 I haven’t received my order they keep on telling my the item is unavailable, I must choose alternative and I did but I still get the same email. I asked for refund they requested my banking details and I sent them and they told me refund is being processed with all the tsandcs. Until today still nothing and my item has been on “route” according to them 2 weeks ago. All I want is my money that’s all
