I initially ordered a rug

I initially ordered a rug . Upon arrival it was extremely unsatisfactory as it had an unnatural sheer to it. Delivery would have cost 3/4 of the price of the rug . So I kept it . The website didn’t provide adequate information on the product. Secondly I ordered a rug and they delivered the WRONG colour . I’m dissatisfied with the return policy. Should snatcher not take responsibility for the mess up ? Especially after paying R120 for delivery . Now I must pay for collection when it’s not my fault ???? I doubt I’ll ever order from these guys again . Customer satisfaction is everything and it clearly isn’t a priority here.
