I have yet to receive my products after 3weeks

I have yet to receive my products after 3weeks. Fist they send my package to KZN even tough my shipping address is in the Western Cape then there is a delivery attempt failed even tough no one contacted me for delivery or to say they are at my house. I have followed up 3 times already all im getting is we will follow up with delivery team.
