I have still not received my powerbank, already called twice to support, had email communication but wrong item was delivered and collected same day but I am ignored on the outstanding item

I have still not received my powerbank, already called twice to support, had email communication but wrong item was delivered and collected same day but I am ignored on the outstanding item. My order was marked completed when they delivered the wrong item and never corrected. I won't buy from snatcher again. Service levels are non existent 😡😡😡
