I have only made two Snatcher purchases so far. The first purchase was a double rail clothing rack in July 2023. Unfortunately there was a wheel missing. Upon logging the complaint they immediately resolved the complaint but sending me a new rail. The process was quick and efficient. My second purchase was in June this year. I purchase a laptop table. The entire process from placing the order until receiving it was quick and without hiccups. I could track my parcel every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Snatcher for online shopping.
