I have now been waiting almost two months for Snatcher to refund me for a product that was not delivered

I have now been waiting almost two months for Snatcher to refund me for a product that was not delivered. I bought two items of which only one was delivered and the undelivered one has not been refunded. Last week I ordered some carpets and the wrong one was sent. I send some emails but are ignored. I used to be a big shopper at Snatcher but have now lost all my trust in them.
