I have been ****** by Snatcher

I am soo dissapointed. I have been ****** by Snatcher, I bought items that costed me R956 I did not get my reference number, I tried calling their number but it's unreachable. I e-mailed them on the 22 August someone by the name of Andile Mncube stated that he will get back to me. Since today I have been waiting for their reply, if they can't assist me can't I just get my money back this is *******.
