I hate shopping online because of pathetic Information in product description.

I ordered an 1000 Watt inverter from Snatcher. It was advertised as having a 230 volt output. When it arrived, I was disappointed to find that the model they sent me had a 110Volt output! Not what was advertised, nor what I expected when I ordered it. I have since logged a complaint with them, and the latest email I received informs me that 1. They charge a 15% handling fee for returns. 2. They will give me a voucher for another purchase instead of my money back. I do not wish to buy from such an *********** company again, I want my money back. My advice to all clients considering buying from Snatcher is DO NOT!!!!!
