I had to follow up after a week as there was no progress update and only then to be told that an item was not available that was originally in stock when I placed my order. I was then offered an account credit or refund. I chose to be refunded, sent banking details and account confirmation so I could procure the item elsewhere. It has been 20 days since the initial refund request and I still do not have my money back. Additional items on the same order came but packing was damaged and squashed and 2 of the items even looked used. First time buyer from Snatcher and won't purchase from them again given my experience, delivery time, packing and product quality.
