I had to complain before I could get my order, and there was an item short still I had to lodge a complain before I was told is out of stock and discontinued and they asked me to choose if I want a refund or store voucher

I had to complain before I could get my order, and there was an item short still I had to lodge a complain before I was told is out of stock and discontinued and they asked me to choose if I want a refund or store voucher. I'm disappointed as I have had a satisfying experience with them before
