I had a very VERY bad experience with Snatcher

I had a very VERY bad experience with Snatcher. First my order was excessively late. I kept asking for feedback and was told to wait. Then someone finally told me 1 item was not in stock and they were would only then ask the supplier when stock would be received. I am still waiting for follow up on this. I emailed on numerous occasions to try and get information and I was just blatantly ignored. Then when I finally received the other items on my order, the walkie talkies that I purchased didn't work properly so I had to return them. I am still waiting for a refund and actually a response regarding both items. Terrible service from Snatcher.
