I find dealing with them extremely frustrating

I find dealing with them extremely frustrating. Their communication is pathetic to say the least. You cannot communicate via telephone, it has to be done on email which doesn't get dealt with very quickly - you are lucky if you get a response to your email after 2 days! And then you probably don't get your query resolved so it takes more to and froing and many days between each email. Some of their products are good value but I have certainly bought a few that were very disappointing as they fell short of my expectations.
