I didn't get get all my stuff that i ordered

I didn't get get all my stuff that i ordered. I had to send them two emails in order to be notified that some of the stuff is not available. I suggested some alternatives for the same price but it didn't help. I'm now stuck with a shopping vaucher of a refund and I'm expected to pay delivery fee again when i use the vaucher 😭😭😭
